It’s my first visit to the dentist. What do I need to know?

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major health funds. You can pay by credit card, debit card or cash. We also accept Afterpay and Humm.

What’s your cancellation policy?

I get anxious about visiting the dentist. What support is available for me?

Our dental studio is designed to put you at ease – soft lighting, ambient music and comfortable furniture. We’ll explain everything in simple terms before getting started, and carry out your treatment in a gentle and efficient manner.

In some cases, we can provide nitrous gas (happy gas). Please let us know one week in advance if this will be required.

Treatments

What does a routine check-up involve?

Routine dental check-ups are crucial for maintaining a healthy smile. During these appointments, we’ll conduct a full dental examination, scale and polish and screen for oral cancer and mouth disease.

We recommend booking a routine check-up every 6 months.

I need my wisdom teeth out. What options are available?

If your wisdom teeth are causing you grief, we can remove them with minimal discomfort. Our skilled dentists can remove your wisdom teeth in the chair during a single appointment, using a local anaesthetic or nitrous gas (happy gas). Alternatively, we can perform the extraction while you’re under IV sedation, supported by a sedation specialist or anaesthetist.

I have a missing tooth. What are my options?
If you’ve lost an adult tooth and would like to replace it, we have three options:

  • Denture – a removable prosthetic device to replace one or more missing teeth
  • Bridge – a permanent custom-made dental restoration, supported by adjacent teeth
  • Implant – with a permanent, custom ceramic crown or bridge crafted to blend in seamlessly with your natural smile

Your dentists will discuss these options with you and help you decide what’s best.

Do you offer Invisalign aligners?

Yes, our team can develop a custom Invisalign® treatment plan for you. We’ll craft each aligner using your 3D scans and keep you on track for a straighter smile.

We also offer traditional braces.
